the short, honest version.
what we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your email address, plus which form on the site you used (so we know what's working). We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, roughly where visitors come from, and whether the signup form works. No accounts, no passwords.
where it lives
Your email is stored in Klaviyo, the email platform we use to send updates. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policy. We don't sell, rent, or swap your address with anyone.
what you'll get
One or two emails a month until launch, then normal shop emails after that. You confirmed your subscription once by clicking the link we sent you — nothing gets sent without that.
how to make it stop
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click, no questions, no guilt-trip page. You can also write to us and we'll delete your data entirely.
cookies & analytics
Three tools set cookies here, and this is everything they do:
- Google Analytics — anonymous usage statistics: which pages get read, which form converts. Block it with Google's opt-out tool.
- Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and anonymised session replays so we can see where the site confuses people. Anything you type is masked and never recorded.
- Meta Pixel — measures whether our ads work and lets us show ads to people who visited this site. You can switch this kind of thing off inside Facebook and Instagram under ad preferences.
None of it identifies you personally to us, and the site works exactly the same with all of it blocked in your browser. The signup form talks directly to Klaviyo when you submit it, and not before.
questions
