where we ship

Everywhere we're allowed to. Hong Kong first, then the rest of the world, wherever there's a muddy dog and a working postcode. If checkout won't accept your country, write to us and we'll see what we can do.

what it costs

Rates are worked out at checkout by where you are and how much you've ordered. No guessing, no surprise line at the end. You'll see the exact figure before you pay.

how long it takes

We aim to get orders moving within a couple of working days. After that it's down to the courier and your corner of the map. You'll get a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves us, so you can watch it come to you.

duties & taxes

Orders heading outside Hong Kong can pick up local duties or taxes at your border. Those are set by your country, not us, and are paid by you on delivery. We keep the customs paperwork honest so nothing gets stuck.
